Yisroel Liebb is suing United Airlines after being forcibly removed from the bathroom of a flight traveling from Tulum, Mexico, to Houston, USA. He alleges that the pilot forcibly removed him.
According to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday (19), Liebb stated that he had been in the bathroom for 20 minutes. The passenger claims he was suffering from constipation.
Liebb was accompanied by Jacob Sebbag, who was woken by a flight attendant to check on his travel companion. He informed the crew of his condition and said he would be leaving soon.
The lawsuit states that the United Airlines pilot ordered him to exit immediately. The aircraft’s captain allegedly broke the lock after Liebb claimed he would exit. He was removed with his pants down, exposing his private parts.
“As Sebbag guided him, the pilot repeatedly pushed them back into their seats, making threats of arrest and making offensive comments about their religion and about ‘how Jews act,'” the lawsuit continued.

Liebb stated that he felt “violated and embarrassed” after being publicly exposed.
The two men were escorted off the plane by six U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers.
They reported financial losses due to hotel costs. United Airlines booked a flight for them the following day. The company has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
